The pump does what it's supposed to. Installation was straightforward, though I did have to joggle the A/C pigtail. The reason I took the time to write this review is the customer service was awesome. Four calls- one to diagnose the problem, two to formulate a plan (replace the wet end or the pump) and one to solve the A/C wiring curve. I'm old enough to remember being able to talk to people who knew what they were doing and could (and would) actually provide customer service and support. Spa Depot is a happy throwback to the old days- you won't regret doing business with them.

This is the second time we've ordered from Spadepot for parts for our jacuzzi. The part arrived in one day after ordering. Great company.
This spa system flush works exactly as advertised. It was amazing how much "nasty" sludge and mold was removed from the piping, jets and pumps. The pumps are functioning amazingly better with much more force. Follow the directions exactly and you will definitely be pleased with the results. One note of caution is that the greenish sludge will adhere to the sides of the spa as the tub is drained. I had too constantly go around the unit scrubbing the debris off before it dried, making it more difficult to remove.

I was having trouble using Chlorine in my Spa. The water would turn brown after putting it in. It could be the type of water I have. I received a recommendation to try this product. It lasts 4 months and I only put a 1/2 TBL. of shock in my spa once a week - No more brown water and it works to keep my spa nice and clean.

I was going to order a spa cover and saw the color options. My wife is VERY particular with colors so as we know what you see on the internet is not always the same color as the material. So I called customer service and they told me how to order samples on the website for free and they shipped out very quickly. She also informed me about when the cover would ship and since I will be leaving town for the winter we weren’t sure it would arrive in time so we agreed I should order this spring which I will do
