3 HP HydroMaster Spa Pump: 2" in/out 240V

Pump was as close to plug and play as you could get for my 2013 Marquis Reward. But what brings me back to Spa Depot after 25 years and 2 hot tubs is the customer service. Chat is answered promptly and accurately every time. THANK YOU

The inlet on this pump has threads that butt up to the pump housing (see photos). Depending on the depth of coupler nuts, this could prevent a tight connection. The outlet threads are also close to the housing but not an issue on my installation.

Fast, curtious delivery

Bought a pair of these to replace worn out pumps on my 20 year old Vita spa. Direct replacement, easy hookup and so quiet.

Pump was delivered very fast and packaged extremely well. Perfect replacement pump, exact fit and easy to install.

This pump practically dropped into place. A perfect fit. All in All, it was less than an hour to get it in. Plumbing and electrical. Their customer service was top notch. I gave them the info on the existing motor plate, and they had a replacement recommendation in no time. Free shipping as well. Fast shipping. I believe it was in my hands in 3 days. When the other pump goes out, and it's more than 20 years old, I'll be calling SpaDepot.

This motor and pump works perfectly. Thanks to Aime in customer service for her help in choosing correct size. Did it myself and saved hundreds of $ over spa co. price.

Just what I needed

The pump does what it's supposed to. Installation was straightforward, though I did have to joggle the A/C pigtail. The reason I took the time to write this review is the customer service was awesome. Four calls- one to diagnose the problem, two to formulate a plan (replace the wet end or the pump) and one to solve the A/C wiring curve. I'm old enough to remember being able to talk to people who knew what they were doing and could (and would) actually provide customer service and support. Spa Depot is a happy throwback to the old days- you won't regret doing business with them.

Motors are nicely packed and as described. The Tech department is fantastic! Very helpful.

Easy replacement at a much better price. Slightly more motor hum/noise but it's not at a level to be a problem. As long as it lasts a few years I'll buy it again. Free FedEx shipping is good too since WA is pretty far away from me.

Form, Fit, and Function was spot on. Installed and operating flawlessly.

I bought 2 pumps to replace the old ones in my 2003 Caldera Utopia spa. They went in pretty easily though we’re a big larger in diameter— I had to leave out the wiring covers but covered the openings with duct tape. The fittings matched and pumps are nice and strong. It was great to get the tub up and running again.

Spa Depot staff help me spec the best replacement pump for my marquis spa. The unit arrived promptly, and in perfect condition. Spa Depot instructions for replacement were helpful. This is definitely a DIY project if you want. The job takes about two hours, unrushed. The unit is working great. Now to see how long it lasts

I was struggling to assure I got the right pump and motor in that what I was seeing and what was measured was not the same. SpaDepot customer support asked for a few pics of my old one and matched it up with this item as what I needed. Perfect fit, only needed to turn pump 90 degrees for a side discharge. Price was equal or better than what I was seeing online at other places, but even for a few more bucks, the support is great. Pulled wires from old motor and easily connected to the new one. Pump was up and running quickly. Been installed for 2 weeks now, no issues noted. Noise level, about the same as the old one.

Had no idea what pump to get. ours did not crossover to anything. Got us the right pump and quickly. Called when installing and got answers quickly. Anything needed in future this is where we will shop.
