I agree with an earlier review. The part is great (but you can get it anywhere) but the tech support is better. I engaged in chat for the better part of a day trying to understand my options when my hot tub went out. I had a great advisor who guided me through what I needed and then upon purchase the unit comes completely configured for my application. Completely plug and play! TY SpaDepot!

It fits, works well. Your price was $18; I went to 2 local spa dealers and they both wanted $60. They would give a 10% discount if I bought 2. I received the filter from you the day after I ordered it.
