Spa System Flush Hot Tub Cleaner

I had noticed that my Jacuzzi motor sounded strained. It was still operating, but it sounded overloaded. I used this spas system flush And it is working much better and sounds like it should. I think it’s a very good product.

Used as directed and when introduced turned the water a milky white and a lot of foam. I suspected our 3-year-old tub to not be really bad as we keep after water treatment and do regular water changes. Temp recovery does seem quicker now.

About once a quarter I run a tub of Dry powder old fashioned Cascade through the jets followed by a cup of vinegar through my whirlpool bathtub and finishing with a clean water rinse--both aerated and backflow on every cycle. I thought I was doing a good job until I finally began to experience the errant black thingy in my tub (I shower off first, sooo...) I de ided to up my game. I cleaned the tub and the pipes 4 days ago. I ran about 1/2 oz of Spa System Flush through my 80 gallon tub tonight. I'm repeating it right now. Traditional cleaning FAILED!!

Easy to use pour it in run it, wipe down the surfaces with it and spend your time enjoying your jacuzzi.

Great product, easy to use, just dump 1/2 the bottle in and run the jets on high with the filter out of course. I usually run it for 1-2 hours but probably don't need to, after 15 min I can see greenish discoloration mixed in with the foam. I feel that the jets are stronger after using this. Also it is a great price through spa depot.

When we got our hot tub, we were given a box of chemicals but no instruction. I found about about spa flush while doing research on maintaining a clean, healthy hot tub. Aside from the initial fill, I use it every time I change the water. This is not something to skimp on since the water quality can affect your health. A good cleaning will also make the water last longer. I saw someone said it ruined their head rests... remove everything before you use the flush.

I was having trouble with my spa tripping its 220 volt circuit breakers and living in Minnesota that could spell disaster in winter. I had the local spa repairman out to look at it. He said the primary cause of the issue was that water was not flowing efficiently in my pump and heater and lines. He recommended a system flush liquid very similar to SpaDepot's Spa System Flush. It worked great so I decided to use SpaDepot's brand and have not been disappointed and it's significantly less expensive. You won't believe the green gunk that's in your system. I was getting a lot of foam in the spa when adding air to the jets,
the local pool supply store where I get the water tested just kept telling me that it is caused by excessive organic matter in the water but couldn't give me a real solution so, asking doctor google I came across this product. It works great, I paid attention to other customers reviews and experiences and got the job done.
I kept scrubbing the green water line as the water level dropped, and rinsed it a couple of times with fresh water at the end, just to make sure.
Now I have very clean water and no foam whatsoever.

Worked well, cleaned out a lot of old gunk. It did take a lot of time to rinse and remove all the residue. That was the only disadvantage. Very pleased with the results

I've been using a different cleaner for years. First time i used this one all kinds of goop was cleaned out of pipes. The "goop" was deposited on the spa side and should be cleaned up after a few minutes else it gets more stubborn to remove. I used SpaClean for the cleanup. Happy soaker :-)

This Spa System Flush Hot Tub Cleaner worked great. My hot tub water was extra clear after using this product. Also, the price was fantastic.

Clean the hoses and I stayed with the tub while it empty. Keep wiping the walls down. May the rest of the easier.

I had an explosion of bacteria in the tub. It was first detected in July on the hot tub lid and it baffled me. I shocked the tub, drained it and did what I thought was a thorough cleaning.i used mold cleaners on the lid and jets. It wasn’t enough. A month ago I had a bacterial bloom. I’m a certified pool operator and have had this tub spotless for seven years. After discovering the bacteria wayside the pipes, I researched six products before settling on Spat Hot tub flush. I ran it per the instructions, then drained it, refilled and ran it again. The amount of bubbles dropped by 50% over the initial flush. I ran it for 24 hours, then drained it, refilled it and balanced the tub. No problems whatsoever and I hardly use pH up now.

This spa system flush works exactly as advertised. It was amazing how much "nasty" sludge and mold was removed from the piping, jets and pumps. The pumps are functioning amazingly better with much more force. Follow the directions exactly and you will definitely be pleased with the results. One note of caution is that the greenish sludge will adhere to the sides of the spa as the tub is drained. I had too constantly go around the unit scrubbing the debris off before it dried, making it more difficult to remove.

Have not used this yet, but sure it will be good, as anything I brought from Spa Dept was high quality and would recommend.

After running the jacuzzi for 15 minutes there was quite a bit of black “specks” floating on the water. So they came from somewhere so I’m guessing from the tubing and any other inner workings. Seemed to work as promised.

Without using this stuff the spa water would be awful in less than 2 weeks. This really extends the life of the water but it really gross to clean up the residue that it removes as it causes the body oils to congeal for clean up. You need a good spa cleaner that dissolves these oils.

This spa flush/cleaner item was great would recommend to any one that wants a super easy cleaning job. Goooo! Spa Depot.

Did not say if the tub had to be warm to use it. Other than that it worked great

Great product but ensure u clean the tub after emptying and don’t let it dry. I was in a hurry as I was going out of town and let dry. Had a hard time removing the foam stain.

This stuff works! I use it after every flush and it just keeps things clean where you can’t see.

Make sure you throw in one or two scum floaters, to catch that scum at the surface so it's not all gathering on your shell! (It's a pain to scrub off later). I'll run jets on low with air valves open for a while, or on high speed with air off (hoping the scum balls don't get sucked down my pipe, but so far they don't)!

We've had our hot tub for 23 years and I only learned about this product 5 years ago. It works like a charm to clear out the plumbing. I use it every 3 months. Good product!
