This is my second time ordering from SpaDepot for this filter. These are the upgrade model which I prefer the extra protection at a reasonable price. A perfect fit for my aging spa.The last pair cleaned up good for the expected lifespan. Most importantly, they performed well, limiting excess chemicals, motor and jet wear.
SpaDepot ships promptly and is priced competitively. I don't think I was able to find this filter elsewhere.

I am new to spa ownership and care. I found spa depot the most helpful and actually had the filters I needed( filter number had changed). After emailing customer support they informed me of the replacement filter, with link, to order. I just installed the filters I purchased to have two sets for easy rotation. They are a perfect fit and appear to be of good quality. I also purchased filter cleaner and it works great. I look forward to quality performance and a good relationship with spa depot.

I tried 3 different filters that ""sort of"" fit my particular spa, but I now realize that only SpaDepot had what I actually needed. I entered the make and model of my spa and they sent exactly the right part for my needs. And it didn't cost any more than the other guys. Well done.

It fits perfectly, and the antimicrobial action seems to keep the water cleaner and definitely helps keep the filter from growing things.

I use these in my Strong Hot tub. These filters have the most pleats and do an excellent job of filtering the water and they also clean up quickly and well.

I would have bought the spa filters from Costco.ca since I got my hot tub from there, but they didn't stock the right size. So I looked around and could not find the size I needed anywhere locally. Finally found SpaDepot.com but I put off ordering for an entire day because of cost in shipping to Canada. To offset the $25USD shipping charge, I ordered 6 spa filters. Ordered them on Friday and they arrived Tuesday afternoon. Surprisingly fast for ground shipping! It also turned out to be about the same price as Costco, even with the hefty shipping price. In the end, they came to about $42CDN each. I had no issues. Their tracking emails are really well done. Quite happy with the service.

I dont write product reviews too often (actually never) but I just had to this time. About 3 weeks ago I called your customer service to ask if this filter cartridge for my Durasport spa was also available in the blue microban or antimicrobial version. They told me not at this time but said they would request that it be added. To my amazement today there it was on your website! This tells me you are a company that actually LISTENS to their customers. In addition to all of my bromine and other supplies I am buying 4 of the FC 0126M today as well (I appreciate that you give a nice discount on filters when you buy spares). I will be telling friends about the Spa Depot. Keep up the great work!
