I have ordered these filters multiple times for my hot tub. They do a great job.
I recently acquired a free 2006 Dynasty Spa. I replaced both motors (one was seized up) finally got power to the spa and found out the old Balboa VS501Z Spa pack had a short in the circuit board. I contacted SpaDepot and asked them what the direct replacement would be, they told me that the Balboa BP7 5.5kW Spa Control Kit - Up to 2 Pumps + Circ Pump, Upgradable to 3 Pumps would be the replacement. I ordered it online on Monday and received it on Friday. Installation was a breeze, same dimensions as the old spa pack and all of the old plugs for the motors plugged right in. I call for technical support to make sure I plugged the motors int the right slots on the circuit board. Amy took my call and let me know that one of the pumps needed to be plugged into a daughter board in order to function properly, as well as letting me know that the A/V plug needed to have the jumper changed. It has been two weeks now since I installed the replacement spa pack from SpaDepot and I cannot be any happier! Thanks SpaDepot!!
Installed easy, no issues
Best I’ve found for clean filters. The secret is having more than one set of filters. Pull the dirty filters and replace with clean filters. Soak the dirty filters overnight and rinse thoroughly. Let dry for several days and pack up the cleaned filters till next time. Power Soak Filter Cleaner does the job.
Very satisfied with easy order process and speed of order execution and shipping. Would be nice if you had a auto reorder so I would get supplies periodically without having to enter a reorder.
Had a small hole in my hot tub, up and running in a few hours! It's been two weeks and still holding water! Awesome

We purchased the Clarathon Spa Filter Twin-Pack FC-2387 PRB25SF-PAIR C-4405 for our Marquis spa. The fit was perfect. These filters have a higher pleat count than the originals from Marquis, so that gives them much more surface area to trap particles, also the construction is solid. I would recommend these for anyone needing filter replacements.
This motor and pump runs great and much quieter than my old motor, seems to be a quality product, well made.
As I called to have questions about my hot tub parts that people that help me were very helpful going to Great Lengths to help me even I sent them pictures and they told me what I needed for my board
