I purchased a balboa light pack from Spa Depot one year ago which has been working great. Recently, my old pump failed, and I replaced it with a brand new pump, purchased somewhere else. That brand new pump immediately popped breakers and blew a fuse in the Lite Pack. The place where I purchased that other pump would not answer the phone.
Remembering the excellent customer service I received when I purchased the spa pack, I contacted Spa Depot. Amie walked me through a diagnostic to figure out that that pump was faulty.
I purchased a second brand new pump at Spa Depot, hooked it up and it worked like a charm.
I have received consistent, expert service at Spa Depot. I would give them six stars if it was available!

Our heater in our Hot Springs Vanguard hot tub failed last winter. I couldn't find the exact item, so I contacted customer service and sent them pics of my unit. They were very helpful and got me the right product. It is installed and working great so far.

Perfect fit and perfect tool for my Waterway replacement jets. Of course, on my OLD jets, the nubs all broke off long ago. That’s a design that needs to be improved - there’s no good tool to get the old ones out!
It’s been a few months since I installed this heater. The installation was pretty easy and the heater is working great. Saved me hundreds of dollars to do it myself.
