Part is perfect, shipping not so much

The part was perfect and exactly what we needed. This is probably mostly out of your control, but it took 21 days to be delivered USPS standard when the website indicated it should take 7 days.

It fits and it works

Replacement for the one on my hot tub. I bought another one in the past from another merchant that never sealed and the top twisted off! This one comes with an O-ring that seals it so that it fits and works perfectly.
The shipping had delays with USPS.

Fast shipping and great replacement item

The relief valve for my pump must have been dry rotted and as I screwed it back in the whole thing broke away leaving a decent leak when the pump was running. Found a same size plug locally to use until this one arrived knowing the relief valve being a safety feature needed the right part long term. This was the exact item I needed and it shipped out fast from Spa Depot. Will certainly be utilizing Spa Depot for any further needs.

Exactly what I needed.

The original flow valve stripped it didn't have a gasket or o-ring so the pressure was leaking out the side this new flow valve I purchased came with an O-ring but it was much too large I used a gasket that I had on hand when ordering this product needs a smaller o-ring that fits the threads not the cap. Overall spa depot reps were beyond congenial and helpful. I give their service a 5 star.
