I placed a small order yesterday not realizing my boyfriend had already ordered the same thing. I used the chat feature to see if I could cancel my order and was able to speak to a live person very quickly. They told me my order already had a tracking number (So they ship fast!!) and they would try to catch it before it left the building. Moments later my order was cancelled and I was refunded.
This type of customer service is hard to find these days and I was very impressed, they could've easily told me no. I will be using Spa Depot for all of my spa related purchases going forward. This seems like a great place to buy from.

Hook up was a breeze. The extra long command cable was a little difficult but not enough to get upset about.

While a little spendy, it will last for my spa for a reasonable amount of time, like $25 to $30 Ish $ per month Product works very well, consistently.

Looks small on the bath tub. OD of the threaded portion is slightly larger than 1 1/8".
