I used this to replace my SPST switch, which the specific part number I have is not available anywhere. I capped off the unused NC terminal and had to open up the mount hole in my motor housing because the D shape was oriented 90* from my original. Just a few minutes to modify and now our jetted tub is working like new. Thanks!
