Thank you, thank you, thank you. We received the new hot tub cover, and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. My old spa cover which wasn't even 3yrs old was SOOOOO heavy for the cover butler that I had to have laminated instruction sheet on the wall next to the tub to instruct those using the tub. They still would let the OLD HEAVY TOP GO.. It took every ounce of your energy to swing the cover.
The new top is AMAZINGLY light weight and worth every penny. I have NEVER had issues with any of your products.

for 20 years old Jacuzzi that pump perfectly fits
I ordered a pump else ware and after not hearing anything for several days I tried unsuccessfully to reach them by email and telephone with no success. After about a week I finally got ahold of them and was told that the pump was on back order and would probably be another two weeks.
I called SpaDepot and had wonderful service and the pump was actually quite a bit cheaper and I had it two days later. They made my day.
