Replaced the heater on my 2004 tiger river super easy all the connections were right only had to strip the hot and neutral wires.

Perfect Fit

Spa Depot’s website was easy to navigate and finding the right part was much easier than expected. Shipping was fast and the part was exactly what I needed. Also, I’m all for hiring folks for repairs, but after being quoted $900 to install the heater, not counting the part, I watched a couple YouTube videos and decided to do it myself. It was literally a 30 minute job. Spa Depot will be my go to place for any other parts I need.

My heater was leaking pretty good and dealer wanted $700. I saw the Made in USA. Took the chance, it arrived and was a direct replacement. Works great, just buy it!

There were about four options for our spa heater replacement part. With the help of support the correct part was easily identified, ordered, arrived within a couple of days fitted and working normally again. Great service and a really great price

I love that this heater arrived fully assembled with sensors and extra connectors and hoses. It was a snap to install, even without emptying the spa.

The original heater lasted 22 years. 2004 hotspring grandee. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the $140 imports. The replacement only needed a modification of the ground wire which was simple. M

No leaks and hot water.

Would have cost around 1000 if the hotspring folks repaired it.

A week since the installation. So far, so good.
The previous chinese version had problems to start with, with the sensors. I had to use the previous ones. After 7 months I had a leak to the ground. This one is the original HydroQuip version...
On top of that, I appreciate the fast delivery!

Working great so far. Install was fairly straight forward. Grounding wire was on the opposite of the replacement heater. Quick run to the hardware store to get a longer copper ground and it was done

Our heater in our Hot Springs Vanguard hot tub failed last winter. I couldn't find the exact item, so I contacted customer service and sent them pics of my unit. They were very helpful and got me the right product. It is installed and working great so far.
