Easy to put together. It works great. But there is a trick. You must submerge the whole thing to fill it with water and remove any air pockets. Then, just shake and you can feel it vibrate like a vacuum.
I had a lot of grit at the bottom of my hot tub and now it's spotless. I'm actually surprised it worked so well and I'm very happy I got it. I wish I took before and after pics so you could see.
Easy to put together. It's sturdy but I couldn't put the foot under my filled hot tub so I put a 50lb. Bag of sand on it to sure it.

We replaced the heater on our Jacuzzi J335 tub after the OEM heater died. While it's a bit of a process to get the old heater out, there are YouTube videos that detail it very well and a heat gun to loosen up the various hoses is your friend.
Getting the new one in wasn't much harder, just need to be detail oriented to check all the water connections are done up, hose clamps in place, etc., the electrical connections are correct and all grounds in place. We were able to remove & reinstall in probably about two hours of work. Now that we know how to do it, it could probably be done in less than half that.

This pump arrived and worked as it should. The capacitor on my original Aquaflo XP2 was mounted at 45° from TDC and this one was mounted directly on top as pictured so I had to make a modification to the mounting base to allow for this but other than that it was all good. I do hate that it was imported but alas these are the times we are living in.

There is always a little doubt when trying a new product, especially when it will take a while to determine how well it works. I've used this product now for over a year (replacing as instructed). It's worked fine, is easy to use and a savings over competitive products. I'm pleased and plan to continue using it.
