I ordered a pump else ware and after not hearing anything for several days I tried unsuccessfully to reach them by email and telephone with no success. After about a week I finally got ahold of them and was told that the pump was on back order and would probably be another two weeks.
I called SpaDepot and had wonderful service and the pump was actually quite a bit cheaper and I had it two days later. They made my day.

I filled up my kids 1 year old pool with a drinking water hose and the water had a redish tint from iron and had a sheen on top so I dumped it. I got a new hose and this filter and the water is clear!
