Ordering a Duratherm Spa Cover


Check all order info before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us right away. Once production begins, we cannot change your order.

Phone Orders

For phone orders, we send an email with the cover details. Confirm the details via email to complete the order.


We charge your payment method at the time of order. The card billing address and shipping address must match. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or refund your order.


There are no returns on covers except through the terms of the warranty. The customer must pay any freight charges from returned orders.

Cover Construction


Provide accurate cover measurements. This includes shape, style, fold direction, and any options or upgrades. We do not accept returns as a result of customer errors.

The finished cover may measure +/- 1/2" the dimensions you provide due to manufacturing variance.

Size Limits

The max width and/or length for our covers is based on model:

  • Economy, Standard, Premium – 96” max
  • Ultra, Emax, Emax Plus – 98” max
Custom Features

We do not make covers with special features such as:

  • Cutouts for speakers, topside keypads, etc.
  • More than 2 foam core panels
  • Hoods or flaps, e.g. for raised corners or spillways
  • Cover lifter plates or screws inside the cover
  • Odd shapes

We cannot guarantee the exact site of the new straps. For this reason, new buckles and screws are included.


Colors shown online may vary from actual fabric due to changes in lighting and screens. For a more exact match, order color swatches.

Shipping & Delivery

Production Time

Spa covers are custom built & shipped right from the factory. Expect about 3-5 weeks for spa cover production. Expect up to 3-5 weeks in transit. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 6-10 weeks.


We require a street address, daytime phone number & valid email address. The shipper may need to get in contact with you. Shipping is via freight truck & cannot ship to PO boxes or APO. Signature is not required.


Free Shipping applies only to regular shipment areas in the US lower 48 states. Extra fees required for non-standard areas (islands, very rural, etc.) are paid by the customer.

Very narrow roads, difficult driveways, sharp turns, cul-de-sacs or areas without turn-arounds may not be accessible by truck. If the freight truck cannot reach your address, you must make arrangements to meet the truck or pick up the cover at the shipping depot. If in doubt, contact us before placing your order.


Damage is rare, but check the package and contents. If the cover is damaged, contact us right away. Take photo(s) of any damage. The shipper does not accept damage claims after 5 business days.
