Exactly what i needed! Fixed my hot tub! Very fast shipping. Item arrived well packed. Highly recommend! A++++
The green light was blinking and I replaced both thermistors. It took a while to get going but is working now. I used the tub tonight. I needed the adapters so that was a nice feature. I will save the invoice in case I ever need these again.
Exactly what I needed, Parts were right and Customer Service and delivery went smooth. Thanks.
perfect fit, fast delivery
This product was delivered quickly the price was very reasonable. Spa depot is the place to get your spa products.
This high limit switch was exactly what I needed for my older hot tub. I was so happy that it worked! Thanks Spa Depot for still carrying this !
replacing these parts resolved my heating problem,
Easy to order, good price and easy to install.
Hot tub was probably 99 degrees or so but the digital display said it was maxed out at 109.... i replaced both sensors and now it appears to be fixed.... set at 104 and feels like 104.... very fast shipping. Will use again if needed in the future.
These folks are always so helpful and save me expensive repair costs.
worked like it was supposed to.
Good service fast shipping good price
I used the AMP connector adapter to connect a new heater from SpaDepot. We had just refilled the tub, added chemicals and the old heater died. After ordering the new heater I had a few questions and the customer service was excellent with quick answers. To avoid draining and refilling the tub I clamped the hoses using a c-clamp and hardwood slats. It worked fine with very little water loss. The new heater works great and I'm a happy customer.
the customer service was helpful
Good description of part online. Fast service and the part installed easily in a Hot Spring/Watkins Heater (6 kW) and IQ2020 Control Board. Works as advertised!!
Changed it out and now have a working hot tub again!
We had mice get into our control panel and after paying over $200.00 to replace the wires, within a week, they had chewed the wires again, so by buying this product, we were able to install it ourselves and mouse proof the wires (I hope).
This kit fixed my problem and fit properly for my Hot Springs Souverne Model Hot tub.. Green and Blue light emblem lights flashed but no heat.. Replaced with this kit and saved several hundred dollars in service charges and parts cost... Took less than 30 minutes.. Wiring was correct with the right connectors!! Shopping was fast and well packaged..
Works perfectly and less expensive than the OEM part.
We had mice get into our Hot Tub control panel. After paying someone $200.00 to repair Heating sensor, a week later they chewed through the wires again. Rather than pay repairman to come back out and pay another $200.00, we found the parts we needed and replaced the sensor wires ourselves and this time enclosed the wires in tubing to keep the rats from chewing the wires. Thank you for being there.
This came as the correct parts. I purchased what was suppose to be the correct part from a local spa store which were not the correct parts and would not take them back due to being installed. Wished I would have ordered them first from SpaDepot. Nice to have O-rings part of the purchase.
I have a 2011 hot springs prodigy H with a brand new circulation pump. It trips the breaker after being used for a while. It will say the temp is over limit, but it is a nice 102 in the tub. Will these sensors help?
It sounds more like a circulation issue than a sensor issue. Any reduction in circulation, such as dirty filters or pump issues can cause the HL error code. Give us a call when you have a moment and we'll be happy to troubleshoot the spa with you to make sure you get what you need to get back up and running.
