Turnaround Repair Kit for Watkins/Hot Spring Double-Barrel Heater

My heater froze and cracked at -35 when the power went out for 10 hours. The new part came and I swapped out the plastic turn around part and used the new grommets/bushings/washers (whatever they're called) I put it all back together and it leaked terribly. I took it back apart, put the old grommets in it and it did not leak. Thanks a lot. Then when I applied power to the heater it popped the breaker. Not spa depot's fault that the element inside had frozen and broken too. I had to order a complete heater and it came quickly and it worked.
Don't use the supplied gaskets. The picture shows the new one on the top and the old one on the bottom. Of course it leaked using the new one. Use your old grommets

Purchased part and installed it, using old seals. There were no leaks. Unfortunately there was another leak in same area but not for turnaround heater. Now I am having trouble finding the part which is leaking and exactly how to get at it. Does anybody have a Schematic of compartment and insides.

When I described my leakage problem with my spa heater, SpaDepot recommended buying a turnaround kit instead of a new heater ($50 vs $300). It was simple to install and removed the leak.

The manifold worked great. Solved the leak. Reviews said to use old gaskets the new ones leaked. Mine where hard and cracked so used new gaskets and worked great..

This was one of the easiest fixes ever on my hot tub! Was going to call the repair company but thought I would check it out myself. After finding the leak I went to Spa Depot and found the part. A pricey piece of plastic that fit perfectly and was a very easy repair.

Could not get part to seal despite numerous attempts so could not fix the leak of the hot tub. They don't allow returns once product is opened. Seems like a great business practice for them, frustrating for the customer.

HotSprungs Grandee Hot Tub Heather Repair: Heater was leaking from the end cap and got progressively worse - Service call wanted to replace the entire heater for $900 plus drain and refill which estimated over $1200. Bought this part and repaired myself - fit perfect and no leaks so far - Two months since repair completed.

Easy fix for leaking heater. This end cap in combination with the provided gaskets was easy to install and saved me the cost of a new heater.
