Replaced the original Waterway pump in my 2002 Beachcomber 580 Tub. Hopefully I get another 20+ years! It was simple to wire with the old pump's wire harness and very easy to rotate the wet-end 90 degrees to fit my configuration. The pump arrived quickly and was well packaged in foam.

Our old pump was so noisy, it was embarrassing. It must of had a bad bearing. The new one we bought is so quiet. The price was fair and arrived fast. I'll be ordering some other parts I need from you in a couple days.

My unit arrived cracked but it wasn't your fault. When I called to see what could be done you offered to send out a replacement the very same day. Can't be much easier than that. I really appreciate your help.

I did a full renovation of my pre year 2000 Catalina hot tub and it was a perfect swap out. This 5hp unit was a seamless swap out, mount and play with absolutely no issues. Be sure to check the poles on the pump as the previous pump were positioned differently. Same make and model, but the connectors in the pump were is a different order. The common white and hot red were flipped. Other than that, good to go! Thanks for the quick turn around on the order and shipping was great. Excellent customer service as always too!

Received pump very promptly, changed out with no problems. Swim spa is working just like new!

The pump worked perfect.

Nothing wrong with the pump and wired it just like the old one, but unfortunately they weren't in the same order and configuration as the old one. Result fried a rely on the Motherboard. Wiring instructions would be great to prevent further expense from wiring wrong. Pump works fine though other than that.

Pay special attention to what you order. I ordered the incorrect in valve but SpaDepot to the rescue they assisted me in returning my unopened pump and send out the new one. Great service. New pump is installed and running great.

DIY pump replacement was easy but for the weight, second pair of hands might be useful.

The information on the site was accurate and helped to affirm that the replacement part was a fit for the OEM part. In fact when the new pump arrived it was identical form fit function. Suggested parts included replacement seals and a vibration dampening mounting pad. Well worth the cost. Outlet orientation was easy to change. Four long bolts on the motor opposite the the pump side were unscrewed, the pump rotated 90 degrees and reattached. Done. Wiring was easy. Ground terminal, common, high and low spade lugs were photographed on the old motor and matched to corresponding identification on the new pump. Take a picture of the old before you disconnect! Worked for me.

I de-terminated the existing pump motor noting the color code where the wires were landed on the motor and connected the new pump on the same terminals as the old. I then attempted to energize and run the pump but without success. Apparently the new motor terminals were NOT the same as the old and I blew a fuse. After performing a motor winding continuity check I swapped two wires to match the new motors configuration. The motor/pump then ran like a champ. I'm thinking the motor guy swapped the leads when he or she was manufacturing/winding the motor ?

It fits perfectly with having to modify any thing just remove the wires from your old pump motor and wire them to the new pump motor.

I got the pump delivered at 3pm, had it installed and working by 3:30! Super easy and it just fit! It's been running without a problem. One thing to note, it is more powerful then the old pump by a bit. Not a huge amount but it's noticeable. I believe that is because the old pump is just weaker (I still have one old pump, I only replaced one of two). Will buy a second one in the next year or so. Thanks!

Ordered a Waterway replacement pump (to replace one that was fifteen years old.) It was received damaged in transit. After sending pix and following explicit instructions on how to receive a replacement, the replacement was sent out the very same day the documentation required was received. Everyone was also extremely helpful with wiring assistance as well. I will be a client as long as I own a hot tub...Great Team!!

Unit was delivered in a few days, very surprised. Working fine over for the last 2 - 3 weeks and I don't believe it'll be a problem if properly maintained.

The site was great, easy for a none tech old guy to figure out. I ordered it before 2pm on wed and it was delivered Thursday. It fit just like the original took minutes to install and works great!

The motor came as promised, in good condition, very well packaged. Despite the fact that us a bit longer it did fit very well under my hot tub and fitted perfect the bolt pattern. The water connections did not fit (I have 2"" in&out) but as recommended by another buyer I kept the old pump assembly cover and all is good. The motor is running for about two week now and no issues at all. Will see how long will lasts ... i hope ... forever 😍

When running for two hour maintainence mode, you can't even touch motor it rnus so hot. And it's only 90. I can't imagine how hot it will run in 115 heat this summet

I used the pump in a hot tub, and upgraded from 4hp to 5 hp the install was easy and the fit was perfect. Wiring was easy.

The pump was packaged in a form fit material inside of the box. It installed easily and runs great.

This 5 hp pump was a replacement for my spa pump that died. Standard spa pumps come with the same size discharge as well as intake couplings. This spa came with a different size intake than discharge. I spoke to the people that I bought the pump from, and they were well aware of this problem. They did offer to sell me the proper size coupling, but I was able to take the face plate off the old pump and put it on the new one. The sales tech said this was okay, if it fit, and that it would not void my warranty. I put the face plate on and everything seems to fit. I have not installed the pump into the spa as I am remodeling the spa area and the spa needs to be moved.
