what a difference....after installing the spa blanket - the problem was fixed....temp back to 111 degrees then after adjustment...back down to 104-105. perfect. And the temp outside is 30degrees.

I bought this to warm up my home made cold pool and it works great! Easy to cut to fit and inexpensive way to warm up your pool water.

My tub is 7 foot square but I got this 6 foot one so I did not have to cut it. It fits the inside over the water really well. One side does not cover a spot that bumps out for the handle but the rest is good. I knew it would not be as perfect as getting a larger one and cutting it but I wanted to try it AND save some $$ . Its not flimsy and stays in place.

I just installed the Bubble Blanket on my outdoor hot tub and so far, all is well! I hope to see an impact on my winter heating bill to maintain or only slightly increase it! Western MD where the winters can be brutal...

Helps with water evaporation and holding the heat. My hot tub runs a lot less this year. Great product! Seller was fast with shipping and very nice!

I carefully shock (i.e. lid open, bubble blanket fully off) and maintain 3-5 PPM. Loses the blue gradually (don't care about that) but then at about the 18 month mark it starts breaking apart (you'll find little pieces in the filter, then full on disintegration begins).
Take your time with heavy duty scissors to cut it exactly to fit.

I've used this product before, so I knew what to expect. You just follow the instructions to trim it to size. It does what it should - reduce evaporation and power required for heat. My last one lasted well over five years, I lost track of exactly how long.

We were using a tarp with bungee cords (very Redneck) as our hot tub blanket to help keep in the heat and to lesson the damage to the cover. This was not only unattractive, but a pain in the backside to put on and take off with each use. The nice blue Spa Blanket is not only doing what we needed it to do, but so much more attractive!!! It was not too difficult to trim to size, only a little around the curves of our tub. At this time, since we have only had it for a week, we're not positive about how well it works as far as keeping the temp, or for any long-term results.

I have had my spa blanket for 2 weeks now and it works great. My temperature stays more constant and it it a bit thicker and more durable than expected.

I’m not sure how to gauge the effectiveness of this blanket but it’s what I expected so far

We found this to be easy to cut and fit to the hot tub, it stays in place while the top is closed and the jets cycling, I was hoping that this would cut my electricity usage a bit which I am sure it will, (had lot of company for a week and the hot tub was in use daily). One indication was the snow on top of the cover, it did not melt off for several days which is a huge improvement.

They do get brittle after a few years or so, but the cost is about half of what our local supplier’s sale price is. Excellent quality.

Once it was delivered, I found out due to the self-cleaning option on my spa, having this cover floating in it (self cleans at 6 am) may damage the unit and void my warranty. I will say, it looked solid and good quality. Easy return...except for FedEx delaying Sending my shipping label for almost a week!!

The spa blanket arrived quickly and in perfect condition and came with directions though I have been using these for years. These blankets cut water evaporation, help maintain the temperature thereby cutting the electric bill some and also keeps the underside of my insulated spa cover much drier than it would be without the blanket and therefore extending the life of the spa cover. This 7'X7' cover was a single piece meaning no seams. SpaDepot ihas been great for pool and spa related products.
