They are what I need but Fed Ex delivered to the front door which is 6 feet from the road instead of the back porch like I have set in their app. Guess I’m out the money. It is in no way any reflection on SpaDepot.

Fit my custom cover from SpaDepot perfectly

one of the clips had broken from accidental lifting of the cover, this replacement was a perfect fit.

I would recommend this product.

Our hot tub is an older model and the locks were broken. Very happy to find the locks through Spa Depot. There is a video on their website showing how to install the locks while the straps were already in place. Couldn't have done the replacement without the video. Thank you for providing all information needed.
