We broke one clip and ordered these, they seem to be good clips

They are what I need but Fed Ex delivered to the front door which is 6 feet from the road instead of the back porch like I have set in their app. Guess I’m out the money. It is in no way any reflection on SpaDepot.

one of the clips had broken from accidental lifting of the cover, this replacement was a perfect fit.

Our hot tub is an older model and the locks were broken. Very happy to find the locks through Spa Depot. There is a video on their website showing how to install the locks while the straps were already in place. Couldn't have done the replacement without the video. Thank you for providing all information needed.

The spa cover locks were shipped promptly after the order. . Not the same quality as the original parts, but do the job and are easy to install.

Some friends accidentally pulled our cover off the spa not knowing it was clamped shut. They latches snapped right out of the hot tub and screws. These installed perfectly, glad I was able to order a back up and not have to continue to use bungee cords! ;)

Although our original shipment only contained 3 fasteners - a quick phone call to the Spa Depot - and our corrected order was received within 2 days. WAY TO GO!!!

Great product and easy to install

It turns out my spa cover had somehow absorbed water, so when I replaced the broken latches, the new ones broke the very first time I used them. Probably not the latches fault but the over-weight cover.

Easy to install and replace when friends forget to unlock before opening.

Just put them on your topper and you have wind resistance security

Much better than the original with longer screws.
