It is hard to tell if the heat of the water or the product is what is helping my sore joints feel better. but it doesn't cloud the water and smells good so I will continue to use it.

Nice aroma in the bottle, but dissipates quickly in the water. Doesn't affect feel of the water. I ordered 3 kinds and the only difference is fragrance. More expensive and less effective than other brands I've used.

You have to use a little more than the directions say, but you get some good aroma and it did seem to help.
