The Hot Tub Drywell Sensor Mount that I purchased works great, was easy to install and cost me a reasonable amount to purchase. SpaDepot delivered the item promptly and at a good price. I am very pleased.
Great service , fast shipping , right price!!!!
I couldn't find a thru wall housing for a 1/4"" Sensor that I was sent with a new controller. I finally called your tech support. They steared me to this one. It came in a timely. Shipping was a flat rate that wasn't outrageous. Everything worked well. I did have to make the hole in the tub bigger. They tell you that in the instructions. People are siliconing every thing. No need for that. It is a dry well so water isn't getting inside of it. It comes with a gasket. Just have to make sure you put it on the water side. Put it in there. Tighten it up. Then put your sensor in. Simple as that. I don't think I'll ever do any controller that doesn't have a sensor in the tub vessel. to much variance between the readout & the actual water temperature
First, was unable to insert sensor into well. Was able to drill out without ruining sides, so turned out fine.
Works
It for the dimensions very snug as you would want it to. Very easy to figure out, apply sealant, and set. After it dried I measured probe. It was hard to get in because it needs to be to help completely seal. You do not want it to leak. I used a small smear of olive oil it went in, then put sealant on. It didnt leak.
First Thermowell was not correct size and the promptly sent me a replacement. Great people to work with and their service is fast.
