I liked how easy it is to get . Very fast with good communication .

My thermostat failed, this one was exactly the same part number so I knew it would fit. Hot tub works again!

This thermostat was a replacement for the one I had ordered 3 weeks prior. When I explained the problem to the technical they immediatly said I must have received a defective thermostat. They also state they would replace it by shipping a new one out that same day at no charge and no mention of returning the defective thermostat. New one arrive a couple days later and from all indications so far it appears to be working as designed. Technical help desk was fantastic!

This item was described perfectly, was delivered on time. It fit in the control and it solved the problem of the spa overheating. If it fails, I'll order another just like it.
