Customers praised this thermostat for being a "perfect fit" and working well for hot tub repairs. While the product "works great" and is well-constructed, multiple shoppers noted the 12" capillary is "too short" for some setups. Service was highly rated, with quick shipping and responsive issue resolution.

Thermostat is OK

Thermostat is OK. But--READ THE SPECS--it is way too short for my set up. I'll try to replace the capillary with my original.

It was A perfect fit except for the bayonet fitting but it was a easy fix. The old hot tube is cooking again.
