I had noticed that my Jacuzzi motor sounded strained. It was still operating, but it sounded overloaded. I used this spas system flush And it is working much better and sounds like it should. I think it’s a very good product.
I’ve used spa flush several times and it is what it is. But when I got a new hot tub and I think it was the 3rd clean and fill and I used the spa flush I got some interesting stuff out of the pipes. Not sure if it was iron from the well water or maybe there was some spray insulation in the plumbing but it’s not there now. Whatever it was the spa flush broke it loose from wherever.
We have been using this for a couple of years and it certainly cleans the system out well. The only drawback is that it leaves a green film ring that has to be scrubbed off.
Wow, this stuff worked great. Will definatly use it again. however I let the empty Hot Tub set too long before wiping it down after draining. Took a little elbow grease to get the residue off the tub shell..
Thats on me!! So when you use this wipe the tub down as it drainds and then do a good wipe down ASAP after all the water is out. It will save you some time .. Thanks Spa Depot.
This spa system flush works exactly as advertised. It was amazing how much "nasty" sludge and mold was removed from the piping, jets and pumps. The pumps are functioning amazingly better with much more force. Follow the directions exactly and you will definitely be pleased with the results. One note of caution is that the greenish sludge will adhere to the sides of the spa as the tub is drained. I had too constantly go around the unit scrubbing the debris off before it dried, making it more difficult to remove.
Highly recommend this product!
