O ring did not fit. We took a gasket that also didn't fit, cut off the flange, put it up against the old o ring. so far, not leaking.

Replaced leaking O-ring on union fitting to circ pump. Solved the problem. Quick response, reasonable pricing, and three day shipping via US Mail. I have used SpaDepot several times to purchase spa parts and have always been satisfied with their service.

After isolating the spa problem (circulation pump) started my research for replacing. Searched several sites and found thatafter reading reviews that comparing prices...SpaDepot had the best price with free shipping. Serach ended with my purchasing the pump. Great short time in delivering and I had the install done within less than 30 mins ....would have been quicker BUT had to add the plug-in adopter from the old pump to the new one. No problem...used the heat sweat connections to make sure of no electric issues from water or moisture within the enclosed cabinet. Highly recommend SpaDepot.....I will return again should parts be needed.

As advertised etc but for the life of me I couldn't get one to fit in the fitting groove, was just too long. No worries, the original flat gasket that was in there still worked.

My hot tub developed a leak at the pump. I tore it down, and as suspected, it needed a new gasket. No problem.... that is until I tried to find a part locally. After being sold one incorrect part (I had taken the old gasket in for comparison), then waiting several days to be told that they couldn't find the part, I discovered SPADEPOT. They had the part I needed, the price was great, and it shipped quickly!!! The part fit perfectly!!! Couldn't ask for better service. Next time I will go to SpaDepot. I am NOT a spa/hot tub tech, but have found a couple hopefully helpful tricks. 1) If one gasket is bad, you might as well replace the other one now rather than later, 2) if the parts don't line back up, DON'T force anything. You can easily strip the treads, and it will leak if not aligned correctly. If the parts don't line up, loosen everything (the other union, maybe mounting hardward) align the new gasket and fittings, start to screw on by hand, then tork everything down by hand. Don't over tork plastic!

The pump was perfect but these O rings were just a little too big. Had to reuse those that were there.

23 year old hot tub. Hooked me up with the right pump and adapters in minutes and got it right. Defiantly buy here again!
