Contacted Strong Industries the manufacture of my hot tub as a drain plug in the pump had the head break off. They sent me the wrong part twice before admitting they had no idea what pump they had installed in my tub and probably wouldn't have the correct part anyway. I then went to Spa Depot and was able to order the correct parts on the first try, Kudos's to Spa Depot and a very good web site. I have always been very satisfied every time I have used Spa Depot and this time was no different. I will never waste my time calling the manufacture again, I will simply contact Spa Depot.
