I like the way it’s simple and easy to use. Does the job perfectly in the spa. Just one thing, taking the screen filter off gets to be a little delicate to not tear the screen.

New hot tub owner. Recently bought a few things off spa depot to get off the ground and running. This was one of the items I picked up I've used it a few times and works as advertised. Definitely would buy again.

When using with brush attachment , brush would not stay on. Unit does work but not too user friendly for using in hot tub. Kinda long and hard for me to fully extend handle to suction up debri. It does work but not something i look forward using

This vacuum is so simple and easy/quick to use in a hot tub. Wonderful option vs the expensive, high powered pool vacuums.

Does exactly what I needed it to. Takes a few pumps to get it primed. Then it is easy to use. Also it is very easy to clean. I'm impressed and would recommend this product.

Bought to clean out small debris in my hot tub. Problem is all the debris comes right back out. I get about 10% of the dirt to stay in the pump but the rest goes back into the hot tub. Resorted in just using a small hose to siphon with. Seemed like a hassle to return so now it's there if I ever have to clean out larger items. Would recommend going with a vacuum so you get consistent suction. Lesson learned.

This product sucks up sand and debris but the check valve does not prevent it from getting pumped back into the spa. About 1/2 of the sucked up debris is shot right back into the spa.

I use it as a convenient way to clean up debris on the bottom of the hot tub. It works great.

Maybe it's me, but I've tried and tried, can't get it to pick up anything. Will be looking for something else.

This works great for small vacuums in the pool. I can quickly vacuum up small spots of debris without getting the vacuum and hose and hooking up to vacuum small areas.

Easy assembly, easy to use, works as advertised

Bought it to remove grit and light floaters from undesolve chlorine tabs. It works great on heavier particles, not so well on light weight materials.

While I like that it has a (removable) brush on the end, the vacuum part doesn't work so well. Couldn't get it to suck up anything in our spa.

I thought this would create a siphon effect, but it does require pumping continuously. Good for small areas and works great to remove sand from my hot tub. I still use in my pool as well... I find it is good for areas that settle while the pump is actively running circulating the water.

I used it for a 300 gallon spa. Sandy grit on the bottom, no leaves. I have to pull the plunger about 4 times to suction up 80% of a 10 inch by 10inch area. The whole spa takes about 3 minutes to get most of the sand, so it does work. Not impressed though. When I get sick of using this device (or it breaks) I am leaning toward buying a Ryobi battery vacuum for ~$180.

I love this product. I clean vacation rentals and do several hot tub cleanings a day. Thank you spa depot for this awesome pool vacuum.

Easy to assemble and use. Could use a round soft brush attachment to get into smaller corner. Provides good suction.

The Customer service is excellent, prices are fair and better than anywhere else I have seen. Shipping is pretty quick. The Products are great and the filters I have been using for the past two years ate just as good as the more expensive ones I used to buy.

I get accumulations in the tub of small grit from my trees. This device does not retain them in its filter if it can suck them in at all. Works for large objects but not the fine stuff.

I ordered this along with some other items months before my hot tub was hooked up. Once I was ready to use it, it did not work. Since it was purchased more than 30 days ago I am unable to return.
