As long as I'm keeping my levels in check, metals don't show up on my water test I bring in. I'm on city water.

Does it have to have a yellow color? I would prefer clear.

I was introduced to SpaDepot because I ordered a hot tub cord from Amazon that was longer than what I expected to receive on a hot tub ordered. Turns out I did not need the length and Spa Depot did not delay on giving me a refund (through Amazon). My heater went out of my twilight master spa after only 4 years without using this product. Started using it about 2 years ago,hope it makes heater last longer. Had a jacuzzi brand spa for 17 years heater or pumps never failed.

I only gave four stars because our hot tub sits empty for summer shut down, but we have used their products exclusively in the past. Filters we purchased are like a buy one get one compared to our Jacuzzi dealer. This is the first try at the chemicals, however if they work as the filters and frog do we are in great shape. I'm sure if I were filling this out in December there would be 5 starts highlighted! Delivery across country got here as stated when we ordered.
