Our 2" Split-Nut Heater Reducer Union adapts a 2" heater tube to 1.5" plumbing, quickly and easily. Simply loosen screws to slide split nut halves over your heater assembly flange, then re-tighten and screw in the threaded tailpiece. Tailpiece can also be used as 2" spigot.

  • 2" Wrap-around split nut
  • 1½" Slip Socket / 2" Spigot tailpiece
  • (2) Stainless steel screws
  • O-ring gasket

Product notes: Buttress Thread. Chemically-resistant PVC.

bought this as a replacement for jacuzzi parts broken/cracked in the first 12 uses due to poor assembly at jacuzzi. Could not get replacements from them got them here. Will use again. :-)

Does the BX9644 part (heater union split nut reducer 2”x1.5”) include both the heater tailpiece fitting and the split threaded collar or just the black split collar?
