Spa Frog @Ease Floating Sanitizer System

Stay away from this product. I have owned 3 different hot tubs for 15 years now. i have never had a mold problem until I started using this product. All of my headrests have black mold on them. all of my controls have black mold around the rings where the part meets the tub and I just pulled my 60 dollar filter to clean and there was a large amount of mold growing on the filter media. I am going back to the tried and true chlorine and shock.

The Sundance filter system is not customer friendly. You can only buy the filters that go inside the tub from an authorized Sundance store. It is hard to tell when you need to replace the filters. They say 4 months for the blue filter and once a month for the smaller gray ones, but how do you really know. You don't. I ordered the float style ones, first time by accident as I had yet to figure out this system. It turns upside down when used up. This is my first time buying the blue one, again it took me some time to figure all the details. However, I am looking forward to using the ones that turn upside down when time to replace. I am not bothered by the filters floating around. I am bothered by Sundance and their forced purchase plan. However, the great news is that both filters - proprietary and "upside down turners" keep the tub very clean. My old tub - also a Sundance, I used a lot of clorax to keep clean. My new tub with the UV light and the frogease filters is super clean as long as you change the filters and light (once a year) in a timely manner. Now, I will know when a timely manner is. Thank you for the option to never have to buy the proprietary filters again. Filters are pretty expensive, but they do a good job.

the system works as advertised, keeps my water crystal clear with only adding shock and a little ph up once a week. the chemical strips makes accessing the water condition very easy. The cost is more than using regular chemicals, but you have to constantly monitor it, with the at ease system I only have to check and add chemicals once a week. It keeps me from having to change the water and filters, I have not had to do that for over 6 months, so the extra cost is worth it to me, as my spa is always ready to use.

Love the Frog Ease products. Have used them ezxclusively for 4+ years and our hot tub stays clean and bright. Use it almost every day, winter and summer, to ease arthritis pain.

Spa Frog does a good job of sanitizing my spa. It doesn't last as long as they say - I'm getting 2-3 weeks before having to change and my water turns murky before the frog goes upside down. Leaves on chemical smell. I wish it was less expensive.

Works well most times but not too cost efficient. Wish there were other options. They say good for 3 months, but not true.

I have used these for a few years and they work great. Every 3 months on the blue mineral side and about every 30 days on the Chlorine side. It turns upside down when empty

The Frog ease system makes it so easy to maintain proper chemical levels in our hot tub. No more measuring, just set it in the water and you are done.

Finding what number on the dial for water flow through it is a bit difficult but finally got it at a proper level!

I do love the frog, it produces nice clear water with little to no management. But.. I have yet to get a full 30 days out of a replacement cartridge. More like 20 days it seems and I'm in position 2.

We love this item it works perfect in our hot tub and makes life easy.

This product works better than conventional chemical blends. We have sensitive skin and this product works and feels better. I find it more expensive tho.....
