I received exactly what I ordered, which happened to be the part I needed. It arrived within 5 days of placing my order, and I was notified at every step of the delivery journey.

The only problem is i ordered the wrong part and i don't have the paperwork to exchange it. Should have had an extra barb off the side

My spa heater has a built-in flow switch to protect the heater in case of circulating pump failure. The flow switch failed which would normally require a replacement heater, but my heater circuitry checked out good. I purchased an external flow switch and placed it in-line with the heater and now my tub is safely working again without needlessly replacing the entire heater.

Had to purchase trombone type heater and flow switch code said it was sticking open and then sometimes closed. This was the only one that looked like my old one. Didn't know about amps, etc. Spliced it into the old wiring and all working perfect. Thanks!!
