Spa parts are not easy to find where I live. Spa Depot has a significant inventory and delivers on time as promised. Would have junked my spa a long time ago with you guys. Thanks, and happy holidays!

This product was not available locally, not even at two major plumbing supply warehouses. The counter people acted like I was crazy asking for half-inch flexible PVC… Evidently they had never heard of it, and insisted there was no such thing. Thank you for carrying the needed merchandise

I used the flexible pvc to go around two level corners instead of using multiple elbows.

Needed to fix a section of hot tub tubing that had cracked out, was easy to splice in. Shipment came pretty fast, will definitely order from this company again.

The salesman, I believe his name is Bob, was an enormous help on the phone & in store. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The time frame for our cover was 4 weeks and came in just short of that time. We couldn't be more pleased.
