The product was shippen in a plastic bag. The top popped off and granulars went all over my kitchen floor when opened

This is a reorder. Have used it since we got the hot tub. Appreciate that it seems to extend the time between water changes.

Ordered product after another failed to sufficiently lower ph and alkalinity after water refilled in spa. This product worked quickly. We have very hard water, so takes most of container. Will order again for next time.

My towns water Is really hard. Hard on plumbing, fixtures etc. Since my outside water isn't hooked up to my soft water it's necessary to bring down the PH dramatically. This product saves my spas plumb works, keeps my skin from drying out.

I had some ph decreaser that was provided by my hot tub dealer previously that required more product to be used and was less effective. The Spa Depot PH Down is superior in effectiveness and require less to be used.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered it,as it only came in 1.5 lb cans. When I received it and compared it to what I was using, I found that it was way more concentrated. It works as advertised and only a small amount is needed .

Spa Choice contains 100% sodium bisulfate. The product I was using previously only contained 93% sodium bisulfite and 7% other ingredients.

the thing your shippers need to do is TAPE the lids on products like this. the lid was off and it was spilled into the box, which leaked over half of the contents traveling to my home. so I ended up with about 1/3 rd of the bottle.
