This is a reorder. Have used it since we got the hot tub. Appreciate that it seems to extend the time between water changes.

Worked as described

Ordered product after another failed to sufficiently lower ph and alkalinity after water refilled in spa. This product worked quickly. We have very hard water, so takes most of container. Will order again for next time.
