Spa steps were as described and a great product.
Easy to use and installation was simple. everything fit into the drawers, with room to spare. There is no back stop so the drawer slides past the back of steps. You just need to watch how far you slide the drawers in.
We got gray colored spa steps. Very well made, only wish is they had been made using recycled material, then they'd be perfect!
These steps are very well made and larger than most. Our hot tub is slightly raised and we needed steps that would accommodate that and these do, perfectly. The extra width makes it so much easier to get out of the tub. The drawers are larger and deeper than the pictures appear and will hold lots of goodies. Very happy with our purchase.
I gave these 1 star because they snap together quickly. They may work fine if you live in a desert climate. Ours is on a wooden deck in CO. When anyone goes to climb in the hot tub the steps slide out from under our feet. There is just the thin plastic mold perimeter that touches the ground. No weight, no rubber trim, hollow base, nothing to keep it in place. We tried getting rubber mats that had holes for drainage to place the steps on in case that would stop the sliding, but no luck. It also slides out from under foot when getting out of the tub no matter how careful you are. The no slip top isn't grooved deeply enough for snowy climates. We took a soak after skiing. It was snowing and when getting out the spa, even while gripping the spa with both hands, the step's top instantly turned to smooth ice when my wet foot touched it. The stairs slid out from under me and my foot slipped between the two steps and I fell flat on my back. My chin had a 7"" gouge, the base of my toes turned black and the nail bed of my big toe was cut all from the under side of the upper step. We have to have someone hold the stairs and spot every time anyone gets in or out of the spa. This is not practical and is a law suit waiting to happen. We've previously had wooden steps and they were never a problem. Consider the climate you have and what type surface your spa steps are on prior to purchasing.
