We purchased a handrail for entry and exit of our swimspa. It is perfect for our needs. In fact we are purchasing a second for our hot tub.

Installed the handrail in July '23. By December, the foam covering began to split at one of the elbows. Photo is from April '24.

It can't be installed on my outdoors, freestanding Bolt tub without interfering with the tub lid closing. I sent in their customer service form a week ago explaining that I'd like to return it and have heard nothing in response.

It is what it is; nothing fancy, but it does what it needs to do. It is mounted to Trex Decking and there is a little more flex than I would like, but it seems adequate. We’re not using it to pull ourselves out, only for stability while getting out of a 1/2 recessed tub. I will; however, reinforce in the near future…..once the spiders move out for winter. All in all, we’re happy with the purchase 😊
