This came in handy while installing the rubber impeller-side seal of a spa pump. I had to use a silicone sealer to seal the motor side but that makes sense because that is metal-on-plastic junction. But this lubricant is exactly what is needed when installing the rubber-mounted impeller side.

Replaced the mechanical seals (wet end seal) in my spa pumps. This lube works great for seating the ceramic side of the seal, and also used to protect the face surface of the seal while reassembling the pump.

The person I spoke with was a great resource and walked me through the parts we thought I would need for my old spa. He was super smart and helpful
