The parts I ordered were exactly what I needed

I purchased the parts based on the measurements in your pictures, and the ones I had taken from the old union. Along with a PVC pipe I had on hand, I glued the parts together, and then I installed the union. See picture attached. It is now working to perfection.

Used this part on my strong spa after the oem one started leaking and wouldn't tighten up and new gasket didn't help.... this part is much better made than oem!

These are not readily available without going to a specialty store. Have to be real tight to not leak.

good but not perfect...

I made this set of pipe fittings work for my Hot Tub even though the one for the heater was not quite right... my heater fitting had a groove for the o-ring part of the gasket and this one does not. Overall it worked!

pipe union assembly

thought I was buying a pump union assembly. needed the connector with the buttress thread but got two connectors with pipe thread. Local dealer had a split pump nut with buttress thread. Will keep pipe connectors for future needs.

Worked like a charm

This fit my pump perfectly and it was easy to install with the PVC Pro Solvent and Cement Kit. The male part was not needed in my case. I just glued the Street Ell into the top of the union glued the assembly back onto the flex pipe and I was back in business. And I really appreciate the fast shipping I ordered Monday night it was on my doorstep Wednesday morning :)
