Most rated it highly as an "excellent product." One customer noted the redesign now floats instead of fitting in the filter basket, though it still works effectively.

There is always a little doubt when trying a new product, especially when it will take a while to determine how well it works. I've used this product now for over a year (replacing as instructed). It's worked fine, is easy to use and a savings over competitive products. I'm pleased and plan to continue using it.
I liked the old ones better. They fit in my filter basket. Now it just floats around in the way. But I guess it does the same job...
Thanks for taking a moment to send this review. Indeed the PoolRx will work exactly the same as you've come to expect. If you're having trouble keeping the unit in one place, I suggest using a zip-tie to tether it in place. Hope this helps!
I use this product in my skimmer.
Great product
I use this in my hottub. Minimal use of chlorine, so no skin irritation. Water stays clear. excellent product.

Always easy to order and quick delivery. Quality Products that help maintain and keep the hot tub looking new
I don’t use chlorine with ozone tub does the rx pool mineral system provide any benefit?
The PoolRX mineral pod reduces the need for high doses of chlorine, but a very low level of chorine is required to keep you safe from dangerous organisms. Shocking regularly with a non-chlorine MPS shock will further reduce the amount of chlorine required.
