Our Panel Mount GFCI Removal Kit helps to properly facilitate the removal of obsolete dead-front donut style GFCIs, such as the high current Leviton 8895 (pictured). This type of GFCI has been discontinued, and there are no products available to replace the fit or operation. A GFCI Load Center sub-panel must be installed prior to operation of the hot tub.

Product notes: A GFCI Load Center/Disconnect, such as our # BX8050 if appropriate, must be installed before the old donut-style GFCI can be removed. The electrical wiring and materials used to complete this modification should be done by a qualified electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code as well as any local codes in effect at the time of installation. 48-0154
