4 stars out of 5, only because I would like to have some foam-be-gone liquid bottle of some kind. The sponge is ok, but not enough for frequent use by 3-4 people.

I'm a newbie to hot tubs and was overwhelmed with all the water treatment items (you might not have to use them all but you wont know 'til you test your water so good to have them all on hand first time). I ordered from Spa Depot because their customer service is EXCELLENT and I couldn't have figured out what to do without them. I still call from time to time with questions. Thanks Guys.

Purchased this kit in anticipation of the arrival of the new tub I ordered. The kit cams very fast and was exactly as described. I'm still waiting for the tub (not ordered from SpaDepot).

This was a great starter kit for me as a new spa owner.. the instructions included were also helpful. be sure to purchase the optional little blue record keeping book, as it also is helpful.

Very happy with the purchase

It's pretty strange forward to use. I was a little confused about which one was the stabilizer but after looking at the ingredients I figured out it's also the sanitizer. Im happy my hot tub doesn't smell like chlorine and my skin doesn't feel dried out after a soak. I still rinse off after each use out of habit.

In searching for a product to minimize skin irratation issues Spa Depot pointed me toward Nature2. With very exact chemical balancing I can say that Nature2 performs to date, much better than bromine or chlorine. Support staff have been exceptional....

Great for my spa start up after a long winter.

The quick start guide was a life saver. It took me a while to catch-on to all that was going on but I caught up. Seems I have everything I will need, although I have not had to use each and every bottle.

This helped me be successful with spa maintenance; the first try tragically ended with very poor results.

Everything that I need to take care of the chemicals in my hot tub, just need to be more test strips.

This kit is infinitely better than the bromine - based system we were using before. No harsh smell, no constantly adding this or that. It just works with much less effort. The cost is roughly the same as the bromine system was...why go back?

The bottle with the blue liquid leaked in shipping. All the other products were fine. I think more care needs to be taken when shipping liquids.
