First of all, we’ve been using this mineral sanitizer for years and years. We’ve used it for both of our hot tubs. Works great. Second of all. The customer service at SpaDepot is fabulous. When my package got delivered last week it was ripped open and the envelope was empty. I texted customer service and they immediately got back to me and said they would send me a replacement. How nice is that. With all the sketchy people in the world, they never even questioned me which I appreciated!!!! Both the product and the customer service are five stars. Roxy Kreisl.
