This pump has replaceable motor but is only sold as a unit.

My pump has lasted a few years (and a long Winter) and now pumps slower and slower...much less than the 10GPM. It still pumps, so it seems it goes down slow.

Don't Count On More Than 18 Months

I have purchased and replaced four of these pumps and they are lasting for less and less time. First one about 3 years, second 24 months, last two 18 months in the same tub. So, please don't count on more than 18 months. Sadly, as other reviewers have noted, I can't find a different, longer-lasting motor.

I'm sorry these pumps aren't lasting as long as they could. Frequently, service life degrades due to reduced flow to the pump, causing it to work harder. There are several factors to consider when looking at flow reductions in hot tubs. Give us a call so we can get more information. We'll help you get full-service life out of your new pump with minor corrections.

priced right and works perfectly

This unit was slightly different than the stock unit because it lacked
the additional ground wire connection. I assumed that was an update so I installed and it works perfectly. Price was good and SpaDepot was the only place that I could that would ship this product overnight for me. Also, the overnight shipping was priced right. Happy with the purchase and happy with SpaDepot.
