This spa moisturizer effectively softens skin and water, with customers saying it "leaves skin soft" and prevents winter dryness. Most found it works as advertised without affecting water chemistry. However, some shoppers experienced cloudy water, filter clogs, and algae growth, requiring tub drainage. Works best for preventing dry, itchy skin after soaking.

Feels soft,excellent product
Very fast shipping
Works as advertised.
I thought I would give this moisturizer a try. We love using our hot tub, but it can be drying to the skin. It was a nightmare!!! Turns the water cloudy, I had yellow tub rings, settlement on the seats, etc. I had crystal clear water prior using another product from Spa depot. It didn't even seem to soften our skin. I would seriously like a refund. I should have took the word of the other reviewers!
Thank you for reviewing our product, Just Soft - Spa Water Moisturizer. This product is designed to enhance your hot tub experience and not cause any problems. I'm sorry this was not the case for you. Our Customer Care department will contact you to get more information and correct the situation.
Soaking during the winter combined with dry air in the house and my skin gets pretty dry and I itch all over. If I add a few ounces of this stuff to the spa water each week it stops that from happening.
I purchased the moisturizer "Just soft" and I have been very pleased with the results. It keeps the water just as they said it would, and my skin has been wonderfuly soft. I am pleased that I found this product.
This product added a different level to the spa experience.
Product works great as ADVERTISED
Great product
This product has saved me from having to avoid our spa, as I have dry skin. Was considering getting rid of the spa I starting using this, it works very very well. Highly recommended if you have the ""itchies"" after being in your spa.
Great product
This stuff works great and it doesn't mess with the PH / water quality at all.
Turned my water cloudy, clogged my filter to the point of low flow so water then turned green. Had to drain and refill hot tub. Don't think I would try this again. Too bad, I was hoping it would help drying skin but wasn't worth the trouble.
My skin is nice and soft when I get out of the spa. It does not change the levels at all. Great product!
In the hot tub
I thought this would be a good product to try for my dry skin I'm very disappointed I used it as directed and in three days my water was cloudy. I have never had a cloudy water issue. I had to drain my spa very disappointed in this product. So now I have one full bottle and one partially used bottles with a few ounces out of it I would like a refund.
Water doesn't strip away all the oils(hair, etc.)as much now
Wish I would have found this Years ago. 2 capfulls and good to go.
You can feel the difference in the softness of the water. Our skin was definitely it dry or rash when we got out of the water.
does what it says it does, leaves skin soft
Hot tubs are drying enough on top of the dry winter air in WI. Just Soft Spa Moisturizer really works at keeping your skin soft! And I love that it is unscented.
Used the whole bottle and the water is now silky smooth
Ordering process customer friendly. Order was accurate and delivered in a timely manner. I love this company! Vera in Arkansas
I have used this product for a few years, mostly in the winter when dry skin is more of a problem. The difference in lack of dry skin is worth the money. This product has never cause any problems with my hot tub water or plumbing. In short, buy this moisturizer. You'll be glad you did!
Great in hot tub ,great scent and soft water.
good deals and fast shipping too very pleased to do business with............................
When you compare using Just Soft Spa Moisturizer to not using anything, what a difference. My skin felt soft. Not tight and dry!
Really soft on the skin
Works doesn't take much
Can't find this product locally and love that it prevents ""winter itch"" without adding fragrance. I use it in conjunction with a variety of scented spa crystals.
I have a nice little tub that I had maintained with Nature2Spa filter insert with chlorine and MPS shock, augmented by a ScumBug sponge skimmer. Never had any trouble keeping it clear, never had any algae or scum problems. Until this product. I used it twice (and once used a lot less than recommended because I spilled some) - didn't really notice any difference in the water or my skin - and then within 3 days I had algae growing and a lot of scum/slipperiness on the sides of the tub. It took about 10 days of repeated testing and treatment with high amounts of chlorine and shock, cleaning the filter every other day to get rid of the tan GUNK that had built up. If I had not been using my tub every day I might have missed the chance to get it cleared without having to empty and refill, as I think it would have gone bad quickly. Now my tub is clean and clear again and I know better. Never again. Don't believe them when they say it is safe. Might not melt your pipes, but what a mess it caused. If I could give zero stars, I would. Honest review, written 2 weeks after I've had time to cool off and think it through. Don't do it, you will regret it.
Works good and leaves the skin feeling softer. You have to use more than what is suggested on the label to get good results. About 1/2 as much more.
