The heater quit heating. Thinking the heater failed, I bought a new one, installed it, still no heat. What else could be the problem?

Try seeing if the heater gets voltage when a heat call is made. Simply put your meter probes on each of the heater terminals and record the voltage reading. If you find no voltage, there's a problem with the circuit board. We're happy to walk you through this procedure, simply give us a call when you're ready.
