easyPak Air-Button Pre-Configured Spa Control: Anywhere Heater

This was a major upgrade as my old unit was a smaller package with 1.5" plumbing. But since my new filter canister was 2" plumbing and wasn't going to fit inside my control cabinet, I decided to also replace the leaky old heater. Unit itself was very easy and straight forward to install. Air controls were a little different from old so I needed a third button. Also old unit had internal GFCI so I had to wire a new addition. Once the plumbing was done, everything worked great. I do like the option to maintain temperature (weekends) or run only on timer (normal). Temperature control has too much lower range (most of dial is below 90'), so the setting that I want (104') is close to upper limit and hard to dial in. But my old unit had same problem so I will eventually get the setting right on.
SpaDepot service was excellent in quickly providing the needed plumbing parts during my rebuild.

Functionally a drop in replacement for my existing air switch spa pack and tub side control. Instructions were concise and easy to follow, only wiring question was answered by the technician. Great item and service.

This is third time installing this easy pak control panel, First time when the hot tub was given to me by my father, next time was during covid, and the last time, due to a recent lightning strike.
I was able to contact Spa Depot, they were able to provide me the last configuration I had, so it was just a basic install, and I am not a pool or spa technician

What an amazing product - I am very thankful that the SpaDepot has developed this unit for those of us who still have older spas and are willing to "DIY" the fixing and updating of the older equipment. I had a issue with the blower switch on this pack but I got on the phone and spoke with Thomas and he got me the part sent and fixed my issue and I think they are a great company

Installed this in my spay at least 7 years ago. No problems at all. The flexibility of where you can install the heater makes it a real winner and I would expect a snap to replace when the day comes.

I cant say how pleased I am with this system. My hot tub dates back to about 1989 with old control panel technology. This one I installed very easy since no one has ever serviced it but myself it is wonderful peace of equipment & very efficient. Had one minor problem after install but called for tech support with their help corrected it very quickly. I just had shoulder surgery so I cant use it for a short period to come. I would recommend this to any one. Thank you Spa Depot for your help & advice on selecting this product.
