Excellent drop-in replacement for older vac motor

Used the provided adapter cable and connected in place of the failed "vacuum" blower. Plug-and-play! Much quieter too!

starts out a little noisier but then settles down to a low hum, its quieter than the noise of the bubbles. huge improvement over my last blower, definitely recommend, worth getting a plug from them, the plug it comes with is very short.

So far, so good.

This blower was installed on the hot tub side of our dual temp swim spa. The 1.5HP version was previously installed by the previous owner, and I believe user error caused it to burn out. I chose the 1HP version due to the small size of the spa. It has been working great, provides plenty of air, and is quiet enough that I don't notice it over the sound of bubbles. I am happy with the purchase so far, and spadepot.com has been great to work with.

When we bought our Royal Spa used, the turbo (blower) did not work. We used it for years without because I figured it would cost too much to get going. I wish I would have seen this blower earlier, i didn't know what we were missing. It was very easy to install and it pushes a lot of air.
