This is a good product. It works well. Very pleased with the results.

Have used this product for a very long time; 25 + years. it can have a strong chlorine smell, but it dissipates fairly quickly. But anytime I have any issues in the spa, this seems to do the trick.

I used DiChlor Granular Sanitizing Shock for several years now. When I mistakenly got different, non-chlorine product white, ghost-like algae appeared. I switched back to DiChlor and my current water is nearly two years old and still crystal clear. One teaspoon per person per use day is all I use.

I have used this product for many years. I purchase the 5 lb. container to save money. The only problem I have with it is that it is very difficult to open. I’m hoping that someone will come up with better packaging so I don’t have to kill myself to get it open.

This is way more concentrated than other dichlor I have purchased in the past. It’s a great value. It shipped promptly with good communication & trackability. Phone support was responsive and easily accessible.

My only complaint was the package security was very difficult to open. I tried & tried to twist it open after pulling the lock out of the way with no success. Not even a slight budge. Ultimately I used a large flat bladed screwdriver to pry the lip of the lid away from the threads to loosen it up. I suspected granules lodged in the threads during shipping jammed it up. After 2 trips around with the screwdriver it loosened up and twisted right off.

I am using it in a hot tub. It does a great job and having a larger amount is better than having to reorder so often.

Good shipping reasonable timing for the weather

I started out using a little too much but now I lowered the dosage it is working out okay.

Wasn’t able to open container. A male friend opened it, and even he had trouble. Find a grease to apply to rim so it doesn’t get stuck in cement-mode.

I was very happy with this product and feel that the delivery was in a timely matter.

This is a great product. I briefly switched to a system and was not satisfied with the results whatsoever and immediately switched back to this.

I have purchased this DiChlor in the past from the SpaDepot and it works really well and a fraction of the cost that they are at my local spa dealer.

All my products came quickly BUT the pail of dichlor granules were impossible to open with out breaking the lid. This lid needs some modifications so old customers can get it open with out destroying it. Had to put in a plastic bag LOL

Bought a 5 lb. bucket of shock recently, I wrote a bad review reference to not being able to open the lid and had to result to using a **** driver and hammer. Without me making a notification, SpaDepot sent me a new one, no charge. Thank you very much....they obviously stay up on their reviews, I'll continue to do business with these folks.

Wonderful product and results

So for a 5-gallon bucket of granules they can't put in a little plastic scoop that costs maybe $.10?? C'mon people.

We have used Spa Depot for 14 years now. The combination of quality products, low prices and convenient delivery to my door can’t be beat. I’ve contacted their help department many times and gotten the answers I needed.

The Di-color is value priced and works very well. I don’t know if it’s me but I have a heck of time opening the container.
