Bought a 5 lb. bucket of shock recently, I wrote a bad review reference to not being able to open the lid and had to result to using a **** driver and hammer. Without me making a notification, SpaDepot sent me a new one, no charge. Thank you very much....they obviously stay up on their reviews, I'll continue to do business with these folks.

All my products came quickly BUT the pail of dichlor granules were impossible to open with out breaking the lid. This lid needs some modifications so old customers can get it open with out destroying it. Had to put in a plastic bag LOL

works great, use very small amount

Seems to a great product at a fair price.

I like this product... Keeps my hot tub clean and it's not harsh to my skin unlike other brands that I used before...
