Item is good if you don’t have a thick cover

The plate was easy to slide under the tub with help lifting the corners, the cover slides effortlessly into place, and the hydraulic-assisted lift and lower is smooth. We are very pleased with it.

Easy to install, easy to use. Doesn't get much easier than this. Works great.

Been thru every gadget over the last 26 years. This one works, it can hold the cover, no issues. But you really have to wedge it under your spa. If you can do it when it is full, great. But be sure to push it all the way under the spa. The bolt on the right side is warped a little after 2 years of usage. It still works, no issues.

This product works perfectly for my situation as I was unable to use my existing one to fit how long side the house.

It makes it easier for one person to take the cover off the spa with the lifter. Easy installation was a plus.

I need to buy 2 of this item because I own a 9 person hot tub. So far the only problem was I need to drill holes in the steel to get the right height adjustment to be level with the top rim of my tub.so far no issues.. There is not a heavier duty lift out there and I have looked.. Just think it could be made much sturdier..

The cover lifter was easy to assemble and install. It is very stable when lifting the cover and doesn't flex when folded back. It sits low when folded down so is less susceptible to high wind.

It makes the dropping and the lifting the cover easy. However it rocks when you drop the cover along side of the hot tub

We purchased our first one in 2019 at our previous home. We recently moved and bought a new hot tub and ordered the same lift - easy to install and use.
