The info on the website was very clear and helpful. There seem to be a hundred different types and styles of spa jets out there and my spa is very old which makes it more difficult to find parts. Having the exact measurements and good, clear pictures helped immensely.
The only negative I have is I wish the shipping was faster, it takes a while for things to ship and arrive. Living in the age of Amazon you’ve got to try to match the current shipping expectations set by the market of less than 2 to 3 days on average at the most to get things. Anything longer than that gets noticed as a slight negative to the experience for the customer.
All and all they did great and I'm very happy.
